Will Disputes
Posted on Monday 4th September 2017 at 11:52 am by Owen Evans
Mental Capacity & Family Provision
Mr. Evans recently settled a claim on behalf of a Widow whose deceased Husband effectively disinherited her in his Will.
There were issues as to mental capacity of the late Husband and a potential claim for Family Provision.
The case was settled out of Court.
Will disputes are now very common and inheritance claims are fast becoming a key feature of our work at Almy & Thomas.
Please make an appointment for a free half hour interview to discuss any issues relating to disputed estates.
